What does road to jalabad look like?

Does anyone who had 1.4 have a screen shot of the road to jalabad map idd like to see how the layout of the map is.

Big brown road with gas stations and a town called Jala something at the end.... At least I am betting but it might be a misnomer.

I dont have 1.4 but I played road to Jalalabad in a mod called BOMSF
I can tell you its a really nice map with lots of high buildings.. the main mec base is a mosque... It's a map like Karkand... but i've heard the map isn't fair enough because of the all the vehicles and stuff that make USMC wins a lot more then MEC

I played the 16 player version twice. I think that's only the city section not the other lake part and stuff in the 32 and 64. Really setup like your standard MEC city hotel, mosque, etc. Buildings with tons of balconys which you can't get up on in vanilla. Yeah the USMC wins alot more because they start off with 4 bases plus an uncap and the MEC start off with 3 cappable bases.

USMC almost always wins karkand. Not surprising either. Id be fine to play jalalabad, should try the beta sometime.

Any servers still run the beta?

It looks like a combination of Sharqi, Mashtur, and Karkand.

25% Karkand.
50% Mashtur
25% Sharqi

Karkand and sharqi are very good maps.

I like karkand due to the fact it is street fighting. Flags are near each other which makes the game very intense. Sharqi has alor of nice buildings eg the construction site.

Road to jalalabad looks massive. It could be good in 64 player, but I think players will keep to karkand.

That was a known bug in the BETA 1.4

if jalalabad had planes, with the addition of bf2 pilots, every building should have a couple planes in it!
