i have a problem playing BF2: SF. when i tried to play, there is an error massage and it says:

mods/bf2/shaders/lightning.fx not found!!!_DO_check your working directory, _AND_sync your shaders folder before calling upon your local rendering programmer/GP,(really!)

true. there are no lightning.fx files found in the shaders folder. can anyone help to solve this problem. :hmm:

only thing i can suggest is a reinstall, it seems when you first installed something didn't work out, firstly just reinstall SF if that still had problems do a whole reinstall.

another option would be to repatch using the full 1.3 (if you already have the full 1.3 patch this doesn't apply, only if you used incrementals etc)

i had the same problem the only way you can fix it is to do system recovery
