"problem with connection...." this is stupid

Allright...I am pulling my hair out trying to figure this out....I have followed all post and done most of what I could. I am getting killed on BF2 because of my F'N connection.....Can anyone help? I play the game and then I get "problem with connection to server"...is this an issue with me(my comp) or the server?
What do I need to do...just short of throwing the stupid game in the trash?
Please help before I go bald!!!!

Get a filter for your cable/dls, this solves a lot of problwms with onling gaming,

It fixed my problem :)

packet loss? Call your ISP and ask them if there are any connectivity problems in your area. Try running a traceroute as well to the server IP.

More than likely just the server crashing, our 54man ranked server crashed 5 times last night! Come on 1.4!
