Cant Run or Jump in BF2 SF

Sup all ... Im new to this SF expansion pack ... have everything installed everything working fine ... except when i go into Ghosttown ... my double tapping W and Space bar for jump dont work ... which turns into me dying every second for not being fast enough ... any reason why this dont work

If I were you, I contacted EA about this... I've had it somethimes that running is not working at the moment,,, but that is over after a few seconds!

This might be a bug or something to do with the tear gas. When I die or spawn where there's teargas even with the gas mask I have to tap space a few times to get to run again. Jumping works though.

Same here. I use a ZBoard but it doesn't always allow me to sprint in Ghost Town. I've never found the common demoninator to the run issue though. I thought it was sticky keyboard. Thanks AoB. I'll keep an eye on the teargas.

I get the impression it has something to do with the tear gas. If I die and someone sticks some tear gas on my body, I have the problems that you guys are talking about for one more life, its quite strange.

This happened to me, so I replaced the batteries in my keyboard! Funny to hear that it is more common than I thought. The new batteries didn't cure the issue.

Naww ...this happens at the start of the map from the get go .. i move so slow in it ... i just quit cause it takes so long to get to safety
