RESTRICTION: Service Abnormality

Getting PunkBuster Server: Kick Command Issued (RESTRICTION: Service Abnormality) after a few minutes after playing. started after installing SF and patching with 1.3 full.

i have tried spyware/adware scans
updated punkbuster.
uninstalled vanila +forces. used registry cleaners.
reinstalled vanilla + special Forces.
don't work

any ideas?

winxphe P4 3.2ghz. 2gbram. GF7800gtx. Nocontrollers. no Raid.
