The first picture of is of a building that wasn't finished by dice. I think there are a few that the textures are screwy. Just can't use them in your game. One of them is a shopping mall or something.

The second is the blocky textures. This should be some help:

Thank You alot. Works fine now. But i would like to ask some more questions
          1. Dealing with the Surrounding Terrain could i find ones that are done?
2, HelicopterPad I am using heli_Pad_cloth but that does not repair and it is really bright in colour?

          Thank You

Well, with the surrounding terrain it IS tedious to do it all by hand. I know i have used photoshop to edit the surrounding terrain data to flatten out rogue spikes n such. Maybe that method can help you. I don't know of any surrounding terrains that you can download, but perhaps you can import the surrounding terrain of another map.

The helicopter pad should be find once you generate you lightmaps. I believe that if you put down a static, in the tweaker you can drop down a box and select a repair point. It's a little box with a red winsock on the top. I believe that this is the only way to make a repair/reload point?

            Hope this helps!

                Re: Some Texture Bugs

You've rendered Lightmaps? and set the Lowdateilmaps?
then the blocky textures should be fine

                  about the helipad:
the one you are using isnt the best. If you want the normal helipad like in the official maps use the 'concreteblock_helipad' found under bf/objects/roads/staticsnoblend...
as long as i know that should repair and rearm aswell
