My friend want know why his FPS is bad

Hey all he have 6800gt ultra graphic card when he got bf2 when came out he can run every max out even 4xaa but last night he was playing and FPS was 20-30FPS his normal is 90-100fps any reason why he been fine with his v1.3 came out just happen last night help please

Try a defragmentation, reinstall withfull 1.3 patch.

Because the SF patch (1.21?) wrecked everyones performance.

I went from 1280x1024 4xAA/Max to 1024x768 2xAA/Medium.

Specs:
3200 @ 3800 speeds
1.5GB DDR400
200GB IDE
256MB 6800GS @ 485/1100 (Comparable to a 6800GT/Ultra)

viruses, spyware, adware all possible reasons...defrag also

2 thing what is defrag and he dont have sf Just bf2 and his is full 1.3

defragging is putting the contents on ur harddrive in order to run smoothly

ur comp comes with a decent defraggin program so to get that go to
My Computer> right click on Local C disk> select Properties>Tools (tab)>and click on Defrag Now and then something will pop up and u click on Defragment on that popup thingy
