Basic Command badge

Sorry if this is a dumb question/wrong place/asked before (I did search). The badge guide on this site reckons Basic Command needs 40 command points. I got to 100 tonight, adding about 60 in one round (I only command if nobody else is doing it and things are going tits up) but no badge. Any body got an idea what I have to do? Is the badge guide wrong?

40 points before doubleing (if you win) in a single round.

i have trouble getting the veteran commader. the rounds wont last 25 minutes

veteran commader pretty simple just get 1000 commander points! iv just recieved my EXPERT commander. this must be the easiest badge to get?

Badge guide is not wrong. It's 40 "Command Points" before 2x. Points you earn while not commanding doesn't count.

Become a commander on 16 player maps. Those rounds usually last longer.

I think you mean become a commander on a 64 player map with only 16 ppl playing. That's how you get the long rounds.

100 tickets go by fast when the map is not spread out.
