If you check it, after about 5 seconds of the JOIN GAME button appearing, it will auto-join for you.

If you click auto-ready it takes you into the game after 20 seconds without having to click 'join game'

i think its 20 sec, once i turned my 'auto ready' on and waited 15 seconds nothing happened.
