If you're bored of bf2..

Ya know a while back i got bored of bf2. SO i took a break and played another game. Then after like 2 weeks I longed for bf2 again. I come back and im such A noob just in 2 weeks. But it was soo much more fun. ZThen I slumped back into my ways of being AT all the time. But yesterday I tryed support for the day. Man it was crazy, it was a whole different game. Just thought id share

I was away for two weeks and when I came back, I went online to play BF2, the game felt and looked SO different to me, I felt like it was my first day on BF2, I fly jets a lot, but I had to get used to controling them again, to bombing etc. all the skill I had, I had to re-gain it.

Now that I'm having problems with my computer, I haven't played BF2 for well, over a month now, I can imagine what it will be like when I finally get to play it again...

I was away for about 3 months due to CS:S, but since I returned I haven't even touched CS:S

I was away for almost 9 MONTHS! Imagine that :) From 1.02 to 1.22 :) It'a all new game, but it's still great

Yeah, since I don't play BF2 as much as most people I don't seem to get bored of it. But when I do take an extended break (busy work week) then it is just all the more fun.

I took a 7 month break from BF2, mostly due to my pitiful slow computer regularly dropping to about 1fps. Played a lot of CS:S and Oblivion during that time. After upgrading my rig a while ago, I came back to BF2 and I'm enjoying it immensely.

i stopped playing after 1.2. couple of my clanmates asked me to game with them for oldtime sake, i did, the game was/is worse than ever and haven't played since. well except for a twl match. i would uninstall it or give it away, but i'm enjoying playing the mods.

Had a hiatus from BF2 for 6 months or so, because my rigs couldn't keep up with the game.

Reinstalled after getting a new rig and I'm not impressed with what I found. Every server is full of egotistical stat-maniacs who are only after one thing: individual points so they can rank up.

Never seen a game where TK'ing is so widespread. It used to only be the mal-adjusted smacktards who would TK to disrupt everyone elses's fun so they could compensate for their feelings of powerlesness.

In BF2 today, your team is more dangerous to be around than the enemy. Wanna try to fly a chopper - watch your back for a TK. Wanna try to fly a bomber - watch your back for a TK. Wanna try a tank - watch your back for a TK.

BFROE has had no noticeable impact on gameplay - it's still dominated by stat-addicts. First 2 months of BF2 was largely Desert Combat regulars, continuing the tradition of good decent gameplay - now it's deteriorated into a mad scramble for some pointless rank that nobody really "deserves".

BF2 is good for one thing though: testing the capabilities of a new PC.
