hi my friend just gave me a wireless mouse it is a logitech one and i cant use it on my computer i plugged it in the right spot at the usb and put batteries in it but it wont respond he used it in my computer before all he did was plug it in and works am i doing something wrong?

does ur mouse have a connect button where u have to push the button on the receiver and then push the button on the mouse that sortof syncs the mouse to the receiver

download logitech's setpoint software for wireless mouses. google logitech
