Odd Laggy

hey all when I join the game when I get in the tank I lag for 2 min then go smooth as all max out setting and end of the round sound skips!

Amd 64 x2 4300+
512mb of ram
200gb of space

window game advisor said I have 12% low is good!

buy 1-1.5 gig of ram and ur fine to go, or even better lower your texture to low/medium unless you buy extra ram. good luck.

yeah...512mb isnt gonna get u far...to play all high smoothly ull need like arond 2gigs of ram.

but I ran smooth during the game only the reason is I lag when I get in for 10sec then end of the round I get sound skip my sound is on med I have c_ wave media 24 bit I run very smooth during the game just not then reoun start and round end and round end

well for me even with my ram, at the beginning there is always a little jumpiness as the map loads into being. then smooth

so i think think this is somewhat normal, but may be exacerbated for you on only 512

Trust me you will notice a difference with 1GB RAM vs. 512MB. Stuff loads faster, plus it will make all the other application you run go faster too. Also, you can pick up a decent stick of 512MB for cheap these days at Frys or www.newegg.com
