Veteran Repair

Is their a bug with the veteran repair badge? I try to get it this afternoon.. I got 11 repair points but didn't get the badge
Is it really 10 repair points for the veteran ?

I have the basic engineer and 35 hours with the engineer...I will probably retry it later to see if it does the same thing

Keep repairing until you get it. I got mine on Daquing Oilfields. I waited to see the that ALL commander assets were down and only then I would go and fix them. Do that twice and you can get your badge.
4 - artillery cannons
1 - UAV
1 - Scan railer
= 6 repair points
