it keeps saying that there is a problem with the download service when i try to down load special forces. is this just me or is there server messed up,

I just downloaded EF again after having to do a clean BF2 install and I had no problems with it. Try uninstalling your EA Downloader and reinstalling it. It should work after that, if not then you will know that something is wrong.

I have had that problem also, while i was trying to download Special Forces, all i did was like Revoluti0n said, unistall and reinstall Ea Downloader. Fixes everything. Good luck.
