I thought of an Idea....


Perhaps a commander has a "Kit drop" whereby they can drop the little bags that a dead soldier leaves in case you wanna change kit. However, it has the default weapon. Watcha think?

You could have it so each supply crate has a certain amount of kits in it. I dont think this would work in straight bf2, but in a mod definitely it could work.

i doubt bf2 will be around much in a years time, although having a jeep on a roof atm is quite nice so having a tank would do the same, jeeps make good AA in high spots

That would be sort of cool like if I'm a sniper and have to go cap a flag or something. But I don't really care. I don't need any drops really they are just a nice thing to have.

i like the idea as long as they dont kill whatever they land on. i guess the parachute would be lethal to jets though.

i think it would make things TOO easy

sniper gets close to enemy commander assets - commander drops spec ops kit.

commander drops support kit - spec ops re-arms

commander drops sniper kit to replace original

it makes the game devoid of teamwork IMO

but good theory.
