Ok, so I did something stupid and played 8 or so rounds on some ranked Pistol and Knife servers.

I had not read the ROE prior to playing on the servers.

So it looks like a stat reset may be imminent considering my best round score is now over 500.

Someone I know also played on some ranked Pistol and Knife servers but has played maybe 30 rounds now. It looks like his stats have been reset.

I found the servers after wondering if there was any server like that because of stats like these:

My question is. Is it very likely I will be reset? Are they able to revert stats back to previous date before I played on these servers by viewing server history?

Have many of you played on these servers knowing or not knowing the ROE with out getting reset?

I don't touch them.. They're lame!!!!

As a soon-to-be Master Gunnery Sergeant (the one with the star in the middle) I don't go on K/P servers because of the sheer terror I get of the thought of having to go through that rank again!

I couldn't find any populated unranked KP servers, if I could I would always play on them. Sadly all these people usually care about is points

they will never shut down the server, they cant even shut down the worst most abusive admined servers, the most they can do is unrank them and i think they have done that to all of 2. as long as someones paying the bill ea cant and wont do a thing and the server providers will always protect their bottom line, not some roe.

you proboly wouldnt of had any issues but i hate to say it with all the jadded tatteltales here you just shot yourself in the foot, im sure 4 or 5 people already saw this post and ran over to bfroe as fast as they could to report you.

Cheers for the responses. I will be starting a new account for my new clan soon, so I guess it doesn't matter all that much if I get reset.

67 ranked knife + pistol servers. 3 unranked knife + pistol servers. Is it EA's strategy to randomly reset the stats of a few people who play on these servers and ignore the servers themselves?

Yeah its pretty stupid what is happening. I hope the servers are taken down soon.

Knowin the sad cases on this forum somone will have already reported you.

That is why I did not post my stats or sign up with a name simular to my BF2 name :)

Next time please use the search function.

Most likely you will get reset if someone reported you/EA has been tracking that server in question and the players on it.

TurboSeal has been reported many times and still hasn't been wiped, he is probably the biggest Knife and Pistol player out there. If I were you, if your rank isn't too high, I would start a new account because if you keep on playing on from now on you will feel that a reset might happen some day, and if you get a high rank and then get reset you will feel much much worse.

If it was only that one time i cant really see your stats being reset i think they go for the big time k/p server abusers the most obvious ones i mean so i think your ok anyways even if they got reset its not as if its the end of the world lol :laugh:
