I created a new account because my original one was having some weird problems. Althought once I got all the problems sorted out I never went back to my older account.

Yeah, I don't see the purpose of creating new accounts.

I too have had mine since day one, demo days.

The only way I would consider creating one would be if I was leaving the clan I am part of. I don't think that will be happening anytime soon as I have been with them for over three years.

1 account for stat padding
1 account for your friends so they dont f up your hard earned padded stats

Retired my 3 Star account and started a new one currently at a Gunnery Sergeant with the new account got all the unlocks that I prefer. It's funny to hear guy with a higher rank scream cuz they think they goy killed by a noob.

I tried a new one, just to see what my KDR would look like, without being polluted by all the hours serving as chum for the sharks out there, when I first started.

Looks like I'm now a 3:1 player when I'm on a roll... but because of the bad old days, my stats on my main account will suck forever. Oh well.

Had my namesake account since the first week of retail. Yeah, I jumped straight into multiplayer and got my 13 death streak in my first game. Never came close to that again, but I think of it like your first semester of college. You have a lot of fun and blow it, then spend the next 4 years trying to dig yourself out of the hole.

I do have a couple accounts though. When I first started playing BF2 again a couple months ago, I'd forgotten my password so I just started new. Then I remembered it one day when I went to log in (deja-vu) and haven't used the new account since.

I must have over 50 accounts by now Different nicknames for different moods I guess. As an ex clan member I never got into the whole ranking system and all these crazy unlocks, we just played with the main guns so I practiced those.

I recently made a new account just for fun. It is Schwarzenegger..OMG with the prefix Arnold (So it would be "You were killed by Arnold Schwarzenegger..OMG."). Mainly, it's for being annoying in case its necessary. And to play with the sniper class.
