ok so what are some of the files i can delete in the folder like the cache, and that stuff, i just dont want to delete anything important, and in my bf2 one i got 2 different folders is this normal?

Delete the one in you "my documents" folder. -

??? well that was stupid dont do it , if you want your screen shots and other stuff , if you try find your movies folder inside it , i deleted into.bik and another one , so intro movie does not play
