SF Start up problem

I received this error (image below) whenever I try to start up SF. What should I do? I'm lost for words Please help. Thanks in advance.

That is a common problem.

Soultion: install the full 1.3 patch

That will get rid of your problem :)

Guys i have the exact same error ...

But this is after i installed the 1.3full patch...shal i re-run the patch again?

i think you should uninstall special forces, then install it, then after that run the 1.3 patch again, try that and post your result
