I think the missile dodged right through. There is no collision box in that part of the chopper. I also think there is no collision box for munitions in the landing gear. Therefore, the heli survived. And that shot was a long shot.

Not to go off topic or 'hijack' the thread...
But if it DIDN'T blow up after the missle went through, that kinda makes me mad...

A few months back I was in a clan match in Dragon Valley, and it we had come back from 40-9, down to 1-2 tickets left... All we had to do was stay alive for a few more seconds, and out of no where, a tow missle hit the back of my chopper...

I thought there was no way I could have gotten hit while on the run to stay alive from anything.


I was blown up from the missle being 5 feet away...
