well is there any more news. the server crashes are really annoying now. just had like 20kills to no deaths in a heli on sharqi with a score of 60 then a server crash REALLY ANNOYING lost my points need the new patch

I hope you are posting your concerns for DiCE in the appropriate place. Just saying "it sucks" does not help fix anything. There was a posting on the front page of TotalBF2 begging for more testers and more feedback. This is our chance as a community to contribute and find resolution.

Typically, organizations know to not release a patch/update on a Friday. Early in the week, allowing time to rollback during a business week is the best practice.
