Re: Squad leader rotation
Not to mention that some feckers are naturally great leaders and playing under their command is sheer pleasure. I also love to be SQL and I think Im a pretty damn good one. I got the lowest score in all squad, that might give a hint on what I usually do.
The sniper example you gave is SPOT ON! I remember more than enough cases where we have 5 regulars on VOIP with their own specialities and some random guy who doesnt use VOIP and spawns at the carrier or something when we have a flag to take in-land. Then we al have to leave the squad make a new one and all that crap.
Thats why we have a nice comfy system of "4 questions" whenever a new bloke joins our squad.
"Do you have a mic?"
"Do you speak English?"
Naturally they get kicked if at least one of the first ones is a NO
, others are for fun.
Granted, with squadleader rotation you may get faster gameplay and whatnot BUT, squadleader shouldnt be in the action in the first place, never run on point anyway and stay back with his primary mission- be a mobile spawnpoint.
I play AT kit usually when Im SQL.
