I was playing today, and saw it on the server. Very laggy , like hell! But it was funny to watch.

same happened to mie last night. karkand, right in the middle of that huge battle for the hotel. it was so laggy that it it said there was a problem with my connection every 5 seconds

Has anyone else grabbed some SS of names that could be submitted to ROE/Evenbalance? If have the server IP in the screen-shot, that is even better.

Again I must ask but say someone gets killed by them doing this...does the real commander get credit for the kill or does the doofus doing it get credit? Would be real easy to tell if the doofus gets credit and he is not commander.

Really, I don't ever feel I get enough time to play, so when this type of s**t shows up on my favorite, it just erks me.

Yes, and this makes it all the more frustrating. It's mainly seen on the USMC carrier on all the maps it appears; little hurricanes of cars, ripping things apart...It's more of carpet bombign than infinite arty because they are all trying to land on you, if they miss they blow up. I haven't personally but some have seen the infinite arty thrown into the mix, creating monstrous lag with cars blowing up and arty falling everywhere, blasting everything apart. The only refuge is to go inside the carrier until the hacker gets bored.

I don't think it is commanders doing it. But, the threads get locked when too much discussion takes place. I would rather not discuss it and get it locked, but help ROE/punkbuster gather more information (I am sure they have a lot already), to nail these kids. So, just post screen shots of names/server IP.

I submitted my info to ROE already.

That is the best approach RC, thanks for being innovative. Im sure that this will be more useful than the typical "ZOMG!!! WTFx0rz is taht hakxxx???" threads that have been popping up.

Imagine if someone used a hack like that but with Arty, all over the map 1000's of times, 2 words mass destruction.

Well I was playing on Mashtuur and someone started doing it, someone on the MEC team it was all over the place.

Mass Destruction! There is already a map with that name.

If you see someone doing it, get a screen shot of it with a player list. Not sure if the people over in Europe are the same people here though.

I took Commander at beginning of a game. Later on after hearing a series of "Artillery is Condition Red" as if someone else is trying to take commander, I lost my asset control as they were recharging and experienced multipule firing of artillery against teammates.

I went hunting each and every teammate looking for the second commander and this is what I found:



The information was submitted to the BF2 Ranked Servers Ticket reporting system long ago. I assume no action was taken by EA as this person still retains his stats and updated game information.

But this screenshot shows what it looks like when you have TWO or more commanders on the same team, this person tried to teamkill me before I finished the series of screenshots but I got the goods.
