Weird problem...

I have just installed SF, and tried to start it up. An error box come up and says this:
mods/bf2/shaders/lightning.fx not found!!!_DO_check your working directory, _AND_ sync you shaders folder before calling upon your local rendering programmer/GP
(really!)

Anyone know what this is supposed to mean?
I installed 1.3 when it came out, and I didn't have SF. Do I need to install it again? I cancelled the 1.1 patch process.

patching with the FULL 1.3 patch will fix the problem.
