Yes, very likely. Likely K&P Karkand, no other way to gain that many points in one round otherwise that I can think of.
Also the 30,000 points in one day. I think that was some glitch in the stats. During that time he had 194.14 points per hour. That is possible. But not over 600.
BF2S only schedules an update when a page is visited. It looks like nobody visited his stats page between February and March, so all of those points came in a single update.
If BF2S updated whenever it sees someone go from online to offline, like BF2Tracker does, the graph wouldn't look like that.
Clearly the guy did not update his stat page for more than 2 months. It looks like he didn't discover the page until around may when it seems to update daily.
Doesn't look too fishy to me at all. More likely that this is just a witch-hunt looking for stat padders and hackers in BF2 where they don't even exist.

He does have a lot of knife kills. Which is a bit strange. But his score or SPM isn't all that high. . .so if he padded, it wasn't too often.
