It was ok. His tracking is excellent and his use of flyby is really good in dogfights. Saw some shoddy flarework and is it necessary to go into flyby SO many times? His missle launching was also off. But pretty good video i guess. He flies a lot like me. Except for the overuse of flyby.

meh i spot instead. Joy2Key for the win. I wish that it was coded so that you could have multiple flybys without having to switch into another view and back.

I do, for sweeping and target searching.

My personal view- hes a "lazy" pilot.

The free cam tracking is EXCELLENT, without doubt, but that is also where it ends. No path alignment, no speed breaks, no look for optimal tracking angles. The server was full of newbie F35B pilots and he had a hard time tracking them with the MiG. If it wasnt for the free cam mode, he wouldnt be catching up with them. And F35B pilots didnt even choose a path to make it harder for him to change paths. I dont need free cam, nor spotting to track F35B, I just need a second to align myself with his flight corridor and after that Im like bugs on a **** of a male prostitute. Hes got skills, indeed, but nothing "super" or impressive. Missiles did most of the work for him, newbie opposition, free cam and missiles did the other. Put that guy into F35B and all he can rely on is "surprise" attacks, with 1-2 second missile opportunities, thats it...

EDIT: Bookmark this video, apart from my rather harsh words, this is an excellent video for people to work. Not as much regarding the tracking techniques, but the tricks he uses and his remarkable 3D navigation with the free chase cam. I rank this video with PlaneWhores as a "must have" lesson for newbie pilots who want to learn.

I wish TBF2 better pilots would do something similar with the jets aswell.
