Hell, even here in the Midlands there's a huge choice of accents within a small area...

If they put brummies in there I won't be playing, just living 10ish miles from there is bad enough :p

But what variations to have? Yorkshire accents? Cornish? Midlands (oh dear God forbid.)? Cockney? Manchester? Liverpool? Welsh? Scots? Irish?

LOL ,tally ho old chap, well personally i think the accents are crap ,i mean wheres the scottish/irish/welsh accents ,everyone sounds like royal butlers like you said,no wonder the scots/irish/welsh get the arse ache when there not propley represented , i see there point its not like theres no scots/welsh/irish in the British army.

Alright alright, are these worse than the BF1942 Brit voices? Those were pretty horrible...

Oh yes, quite. One can't help but find the aural communications perfectly ghastly! Jolly splendid job of ruining an accent, what?

Incidentally, this was recently discussed in another thread too - here. It's a long-running discussion (starting in November or something) but the most recent posts are only a few days ago.

well from the littel russian i know the russian seems quite accurate to a certain extent.

as for the arabic and chinese not got a dogs fiddle bout them

LOL pathetic that is all i can say ,sounds like the guys at dice couldnt be arsed to fork out for some proper British guys to do the acents so they all got pissed up on cheap booze ,took a couple of Es then had a go.

No wonder the rest of the world think we talk like prince charles with downsyndrome.:laugh:

At least they actually speak English, how do think the Russian, Arabic, or Chinese people feel? It's just freaking gibberish (rubbish). I wish they would've spent the green on some voice actors (native to the language they were portraying) to do the in game voices. But you're right it is very proper and upper crust ponsi pufter-ish.
