Rank???

So right now, I'm a Sergeant. I had about 4500 Global points and I played a bunch today and got put over 5100 points, but didn't get promoted to Staff Sergeant. It's ridiculous because my "progress towards next rank" meter is completely full. So my question is: why am I not a Staff Sgt., how can I fix this, or do I need to report this to EA?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Sometime it can take awhile to update, this heppend to me too and a few days later when i was playing i got my rank.

i was promoted to gunnery sgt three times before it took and stayed

yeah just wait a while and play again and when u get another point, something should pop up.
