Starting a BF2 server

when I launch the BF2 standalone server thing to make your server The options don't let me turn on internet as an option or punkbuster Could you guys please help? thank you in advance. I downloaded pbsvnew.dll from evenbalance.com for bf2 servers but I don't know what to do with it.

go to http://bf2cc.com and download the server and remote manager. remember, you will be only allow to host an unranked server.
