umm no...just click the 1.3 patch download run it and it should patch bf2 so u can play,the patch does work,just dont download 1.4 beta cuz i think u just wont get that

Download 1.3 CLIENT FULL. 1.3 Server is for the SERVERS that will be running the game. You are not a server.
