Cortex Users/Admins: PunkBuster Screenshots

Login through rcon using ~
- rcon login 'YourPassword'
- rcon exec PB_SV_GETSS

When capturing Screenshots of all the players on a server, and then looking a each individual players screenshots, about 90% of the screen shots come back with 'transfer error'. and the other 10% show up fine like so, except of BF2 of course:

Is there anything one can do to have all the screenshots upload succesfully?

I haven't gotten the PB manual SS to work 100% on our server. From what I've been told this is an issue since bf1942.

Also there is www.punksbusted.com If you have a bf2 server get it streaming with the master ban list. Helps out a bit.

We get about 50/50 if we take SS of all players and a 90% return rate taking individual PB SS.

It comes down to load on the server and if your server is only just coping to begin with then AutoSS will tip it over the edge that's why your only getting a 10% return.

I believe if you turn the quality of image down and the size of it down, you will have better odds of it sending an image.

On our old DC server, I had it set to only render every fourth row of pixels and position to catch a half the minimap and half way through their screen. It gives you enough of an idea if someone is cheating or not. If they have both teams on their minimap and you see nametags of both teams, you know.
