The N011M radar on the Su-47 can track targets at a similar range to the APG-70 (the F-15's radar). The Su-47 can search for targets at 400KM away ( like AWACs ).
So the Su-47 can see targets at 400km but it can't engage them, and when it moves into engagement range, the F-15 would of picked it up on it's radar and then it would just be a test of skill.
But remember, the F-22 is a step above the F-15 so the F-22 will perform better.
With the stealth thing, that doesn't mean your plane is completely invisible to radar, it just means you have a very small radar signature, and since the Su-47 is bigger than the F-22, then the Su-47 would have a bit of a larger radar signature, unless the russians have better stealth technology, which I highly doubt.Comment

The rocket is 2 step called КС-172 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novator_KS-172_AAM-L) flying at supersonic speed equiped with a combined heatseeker, but often to use them you would need outside pointning.
About Stealth, we use different techlology (http://www.fighter-planes.com/info/s37.htm) called RAM coating for radar stealth and the weapon bays are internal. RAM stands for Radar Absorbing MaterialComment

Interesting rocket, would of been very deadly if the US didn't have the F-22 though. The good thing is though, the F-22 has also been designed for missile interception, which means the F-22 will be able to shoot down those missiles before they reach their target.
The KC-172 rocket is very large and very heavy, so most likely the russians would have those Su-47s equiped specificaly with those rockets, with other standard Su-47s in escort of them.
So when those missiles are intercepted and destroyed, the AWACs will know where the enemey aircraft are at, and the F-22s would most likely use their supercruise to reach the enemy undetected and effectively engage and destroy the targets.
