haha holy **** I got a 6600 with 2.8 intel and a 1.2 gigs of ram :p. I think I have to upgrade soon.

I meet most of the recommended specs, cept for processor (have P4 3.4 o/ced to 3.8) and of course, don't have Vista, yet.

This is great, becuase if its like any other game ever made, not meeting the recomended requierments blows. Oh well, Geforce 8800gtx, here i come!!!

When they say "recommended" does that mean I'll be able to play with most settings on high?

Here's my specs:

3 gig of ram
athlon 3200 oc'd to 2.21ghz
evga 7800gt
and enough hdd space

You wont be able to run anywhere near close to high. First of all, youll be running DX9, second, ur processor isnt very good, and third, Crytek was lagging with two 1900xts's in crossfire, let alone, just one 7800gt. Itll probably play nice, but not on high.

remember bf2's reqs.
minimum=10 fps
recommended=25 fps
high=30 fps
hardware that isnt even out yet=45-60 fps

am i just been a tard but in those specs it says 7800gtx recommended, how can i use my 7800gtx with direct x10?

You can only use DX10 if you have a DX10 card. If you have a DX9 card it just wont have any of the "Eye Candy" like when the big spider thing makes the smoke go everywhere on the Carrier.

wow atleast i should be able to load it up and take a screen shot.but i doubt i play it with 1 fps :)

I think thats its a North America thing. Its almost impossible for me (In the UK) to get a hold of CD versions of games that are released on both DVD and CD, for example CoD2, BF2 etc.

Those specs are logical guesses, I saw it on a Crysis site.

My computer meets all those except the graphics requirments (6200), I probably could run it though.
