Can't get promoted

I seem to be stuck at a certain point in getting promoted to the next ranking. I have been playing a ton latley and don't understand why I am not making the jump. My nick is zoobin. I have checked BF player and it seems that I have had enough for a while now. Any suggestions?

according to bf2player u have 7808 points but u need 8,000 to get promoted to gunnery sergeant
