hey i just bought bf2 and installed it. then wen i clicked on the icon to start the game my screen blinks twice and restarts my computer and sometimes it will just send me back to desktop what do i do?????? i downloaded the new patch. and have a new graphics card so that is not it any suggestions please????????

probably the video settings, or you have bad ram
did it ever work?
I always try new games without the patches and then go by increments

for those here with better 'memory' than me
can you give this guy the tricks for initial video settings?

post your system specs, OS specs, and game settings so ppl smarter than me can figure this out for you

check your puter and diable pop-up blockers and turn off firewalls....
