I play with a couple of mates sometimes and after one night of heavy drinking we started playing BF2. All of a sudden a hear a drumroll on my friend's computer. He got really excited because he loves getting awards too. He started swearing off when I told him what he just got. What a noob. lol

I have PH,I wanted to get it on purpose but I forgot about it and that day I was sucking in BF and I got it on Wake Island

They ALWAYS do that! Usually it's welcomed, but when you're trying to get that shiny badge, it's impossible.

Yesterday I was trying to get the 10 Repair points IAR for Engineer badge, but the damn commander kept dropping supplies on them to fix them. I'm yelling at the stupid guy - DON'T DROP SUPPLIES AT THE ARTY! I'LL TAKE CARE OF IT!!!

but noooooo......

toss a nade at the crate... that's what I do... plus it prevents the enemy SpecOps from getting more C4.

A lot of you complained that it was hard to get... couldn't you just kill 5 guys and suicde the rest of the deaths?

Everytime I ever got one was on a 64 player karkand.

i got it bye crashing into a black hawk wit 4 people in it.

Dont have one yet, but jeesh you need a 4-20 k/d minimum. I would have to "stat pad" (lol) to earn it. My average KPR/DPR is like 11/5, I would need to die alot on purpose, and then hesitate killing people... dont think its going to happen for me but who knows, it does just takes one bad round.

I've created a test account to check it, and you can't have more than one. (Although it will show in-game that you earned it multiple times)

thats not true. we jus saw a guy some time back with 25 purple hearts on his stats. its possible to get more than 1 purple heart. cant remember where it is. but its on this forums, i posted an ss of his stats here, somewhere.

a bud of mine has a few.
To be honest, i tried to get it before......and was amazed at how hard it was to suck that bad. No offense to anyone.

Ive got a few of them, and im well proud of them, all polished up an all :), if i join a 64 player server with 30 on it and another 20 join its 15FPS for me and i may as well click the suicide button on close range combat as turning is like building, enemy, tank, building, enemy lol

I have it. I was after my veteran pistol badge so I got 5 kills and than had to let them kill me ~14 times :S I guess it caused my biggest death streak (14) me silly...

haha I only recently started playing to after a long while out. And I think I got my badge not to long after I got the game when I would die every other second lol
