Is there anyway of having bots on a 64 or 32 LAN game, I don't want any mods, I just wondered if there was a console command or .txt file I can change. Can you help please. Thanks

Incorrect. Please do not post unless you know what you are talking about.
You can get more bots by editing the aidefault.ai file found in the BF2 mod or any other mod you have installed.
For example:
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\BF2\AI\aidefault.ai
aiSettings.overrideMenuSettings 1
aiSettings.setMaxNBots 64
aiSettings.maxBotsIncludeHumans 0
aiSettings.setBotSkill 1.0
Will give you 64 bots with Expert skill setComment

No you have to copy the larger navmeshed maps to your mod levels folder.
Do NOT copy to your BF2 mod levels folder or you will not be able to play online.
xstax981 has put together all the 16, 32, and 64 SP/Co-op BF2 maps.
