Is it true that Ultra-High does not exist?

Hi, I am trying to disprove some one who, on another forum, is basically saying that unless you get an X-Fi F4tili1y or higher card with "X-RAM" (which they all have, no?), you cannot access the "Ultra-High" sound quality feature.

Now, I've been told that the "Ultra-High" sound quality is the same as "High" quality, and that it doesnt in all actuality, exist.

Can some one please shed some light on this?

There's a guy in my clan who says because his sound hardware is **** hot he can hear frogs or crickets and bottles tinkling in a bin. He plays with high quality surround sound in a study. He's a bit of a fanatic with two graphics cards etc. Makes me jealous.

Not 100% sure myslef as well. But I do use an Xfi on Extreme or Ultra High settings and the sounds are just awesome !.. sometimes I swear I can hear ....

Tank... clink clink clink.. Shooom! Karboash! crack crunch.. the medics scull is dust for the buggies now.. Clang! tank shell strikes the unsuspecting buggy.. Ahhhh! Ghoaaa! men fly everywhere... Medic! Medic!

No Serioulsy I love the sounds.. but I can't tell for sure if the Ultra High does much difference.. but I can say that EAX and Hardware make the most changes for the better for me along with the Ultra High or High.
