Updated Midway?

Is there any talk of a new "Midway" map? I used to love that one on 1942.

omaha woul be awesome, they wouldnt even have to do much work ,the maps is made, they jsut have to set it up for bf2

omaha, el_alamein, midway, market garden, all great maps....

some of those DC maps rocked too, basrah's edge, basrah nights, oilrig

Oh now you people are talkin'! I say we need Gazala, Omaha, Market Garden, Monte Cassino, and Operation Husky. BF1942 just had so many great maps...hell, bring em all back!

Bring back Cedar Falls from BF:V and you've got your infantry only mode AND your China urban map all rolled into one.

...the funny thing is - Wake Island was the WORST map they could have re-done. BY FAR. But apparently it's what the Battlefield Community wanted.

Like the day when they let the news out that all of us community members have been BEGGING for a futuristic version of Battlefield, hence BF 2142.

Funny thing is, I don't recall anybody asking for a futuristic BF Game.

Yea I feel like I did too. I first entered this franchise through BF2 and from the sounds of it BF1942 was a great game.
