I'll probably get 2142, why ? To see what it look like, the 4 Class, and the character customization look nice, with what, 52 Unlocks they Said ? So around 1500 Kit customization possibility ? I think EA learned of their fault and will get us a less bugged game and i said LESS not without. Because you know, in those 5 last years, never seen a game WITHOUT A PATCH... So shut up with your whinning about BF2, it's a game like other...

everybody is complaining this game sucks this that, release a open beta do this do that. They release a open beta and now all I see is the beta servers are all empty waaaaaaaaaah waaaaaaaaah

This is simple, the more you affect, the more maneuverable, the more power you get. Why do you think in the Elections all the candidates want to say how much they're great? cuz if ppl will believe them, the'll have more power to maneuvere others to do what they want, and RULE THE WORLD!! :guns:

I think lots of ppl will buy BF2142. There are 1 million BF2 players or even more. So you don't think that 500.000 will buy BF2142?

im happy to say i have never had ANY issues with BF2.

no crashes, no log in problems, nothing.

and i really dont think its worth the time to sit here and ***** about changes and nerfs. big deal, get over it and move on.

bottom line: if you are unhappy with BF2, stop playing it. if you dont want to buy BF2142, then dont buy it. why do you care what others do?

Hey, u guys are a bit immoderate. Why are u playing BF2? Becuase (I know it is hard to say) it's a kick *** game! You ENJOY playing, right? Thanks to WHO, exactly? BF2 hasn't created itself, and EA/Dice just added some bugs. This game is so wonderful - there must be a price. And the bugs are not so terrible! Everything on net has its connection probs and stuff... I think it worth the 50$, despite the bugs and problems.

But EA must learn from all of this, i'm sure there will be lots of ppl who won't but 2142 b/cuz the problems. So EA, what were you thinking, this is not Disney here, we won't watch Winnie-the-Pooh 7. So if you want to continue selling, don't release games before they're ready. We gamers don't care how much time it takes to develop, it even makes the game more special and unique, increasing the expectation thus increasing the buying!

I'm very likely to get the new game regardless of how things currently stand. Which, BTW, I have no problem with either. The way things currently stand that is. :)

1. Use the full patch, not the incremental patch
2. I'm gonna buy BF2142 and I love BF2 as it is.
3. I hate the CTD's as well but patch 1.4 is going to fix it. Wait until the final build of 1.4 is out. No more CTD's (I hope)

1st, it's way too early for a new game, i know there are many hard core gamers who play nearly 24/7 but most people bought this game to have fun and play.........what do we have :cry:

2nd, The hard core players would never buy a game that will give them so many problems as BF2 1.3 has.

I won't be buying 2142 untill way after it is out, and then I stil tink I won't bother.

BF2 was and is the best game I've ever played online............

I feel sad the the people who have ruined this game aren't the players but the people who made the game

How can they expect anyone to buy anything else from them????

When I can actually play, the game is fine. But usually, it will take me about 4 crashes and a long 30 minute wait to access my account just so I can play BF2.

I'm just tired of it. Everytime they should release a patch to fix the problems, they end up releasing expansion packs instead to rake in the cash for a shotty game.

I guarentee BF 2142 will be the same and that is why I'm encouraging people not to buy it. Just think about it, if they continue to get their loyal customers regardless how EA treats you, what incentive do they have to improve the quality of their games when they know they'll make money off of you anyways?

You playing the same game as me. Lots of changes. Maybe just not what you wanted.

I think all the mods we will recieve and the great times are worth the $50 + dolars.

I think I will get bf2142. It has started to look good in the last little while. Thank you for helping me make my decision on how to spend another $50+ dollars.
