Could some of you reccomend some good public servers that have players that generally play as a team? I'm a newb and have tried a few but its been just a bunch of lone wolfs and vehicle whores.

fullcontactwar is a good one. they strongly encourage voip and squads, to the point where if you are not in one, you run the risk of getting kicked!. also strongly enforce waiting in line for jets/helicopters. if you cut in line you get kicked.Comment

TV2 servers are very good, they are admined and there is teamwork. but there is quite a few who are lonewolves.Comment

I play 90% of the time on the following two servers: VSFGamers.com server, whose info is below, and for Special Forces, the Armory clan server. VSFGamers runs all of the BF2 Vanilla maps but has the rotation set up where there is an infantry oriented map every other map. The Armory server runs a rotation of Ghost Town, Warlord, Mass Destruction, Devil's Perch and Night Flight. All great maps. Their IP is 70.86.73.59:16569. The WPN server provided by Incognito Gaming is new, but we try hard to encourage teamwork. We also try to provide a laid back atmosphere. I am an admin on the server and I do try to make the game fun without a heavy hand.
We are going to try and pick a fight tonight, so drop in. I look for the action to pick up sometime after 7 pm Eastern. Even though this is our clan server, it is ranked. We also don't have any crazy rules that give clanmembers advantages over the general public player.
First map in rotation is Karkand and then it kind of provides a mix of infantry heavy and stick jockey friendly maps.
