what do i need for a First Sergant ??

Well i was master sergnat till yesterday i was able to get the badges i needed my acount is updated already with my total points and awards but still i am Master Sergant and not First Sergant do i have to earn teh badges for SpecialForces also !!!! please check my stats here and tell me what do i need

or does it work like if i got Master i will stick to it till the next rank ?
