How do u equip new wepons that u unlock? Also how do u roll?

You can't.

To roll strafe to the right or left and hit your prone key.

When you unlock a weapon you can select it with the small arrow in the weapon box on the kit selection screen. The "roll" is an animation nothing more. It's what is seen in 3rd person. You never actually see your own POV roll.
