I was playing on a 24/7 gulf of oman server today ( forgot which one ) and i was on mec side in the mig. I'm following this guy who was in an F/35, and going to town on him with my guns cause i didnt have any missles left. he turns and goes out to the carrier and i shoot him down over the landing strip. Then i get kicked for attacking "home" base for the USMC. Now i know this guy was just some prick that didn't liked to be shot down, but whats the common choice for a situation like that. Do i have the right to keep attacking or should i not go anywhere near "home" base?
Is it fair?

Re: Is it fair?
It is not fair - it IS ok to follow the guy and take him out even if he's over his 'home base'.
However, there are servers that do not allowe you to kill jets over their airfield even if you've been following/attacking him all this time. STUPID I say.
You had all the right to kill him.Comment

Re: Is it fair?
yes its fair, if you were shooting him before he got to the carrier, then you had every right to keep on shooting him wherever he went
But... i hate the guys that can only get on your tail when you fly slow over a runway with half health, no skill noobiesComment

Re: Is it fair?
Yea, what you did was perfectly fine and 99 percent of the people that play the game correctly would have did the same thing. Find out what server it was so you can post it up and we can all avoid it. It's in your favorites.Comment

Re: Is it fair?
pretty sure that was on 420 24/7 GoO.
It's a decent server, and yes, you can't baserape without all cappable flags, so the debris might of hit something, or it might have looked convincing enough to be considered baseraping from what the admin saw.Comment

That is exactly the one I was thinking of. Go on their forums and let them know.Originally posted by MoB|GunnerDooppretty sure that was on 420 24/7 GoO.
