quick question?
I was on the battle field 2 console commands page at totalbf2.com and i saw under Demo there was a command that said " demo.recordDemo [demoname] " and it says it will start recording gameplay and i was wondering when ur onine in gameplay can you just type this into console command menu and will it start recording while you play and then you can watch it later? thanks.

I think you can turn this on in the regular game using the console window. I'm not 100% sure. -

That is a server command and not a client command. The server has battlerecorder (once set up correctly) and the command is to start/stop the demo recording.Comment

If you play single player or host your own local server, you can run this command and record what is going on since YOU are hosting the game.
You CANNOT run this command while playing online on just any server.Comment
