I was playing on Warlord, and it kept coming up that I got a teamkill, so by now I had like -18 and I layed mines out for the enemy coming up since we took the palace security, and a friendly ran over the mine, and it tk'd him, I thought it had been removed from the patch, but now I see some servers have this enabled .
