BF2 and then patch 1.3 Full Version

If you just have BF2 then just download the 1.3 FULL patch then install BF2 from the DVD/Cd whatever you have then apply the full patch and your done.

If you have SF then what you do is install in this order.

BF2
SF
Full patch 1.3

Done

If you want the Booster packs you then install the EA Downloader buy the packs you want ie Euro Force or Armored Fury or both. Then when your done installing the Boosters you reapply the full 1.3 patch. So it would look like this

BF2
SF (if you have it if not skip)
EA downloader
EF or AF (order does not matter here)
Full Patch 1.3

Close, but not correct.

EF and AF both require a patch above what BF and SF have by default, so you must apply a patch before installing either booster pack. If you use the 1.3 full patch, it will cover it all.

BF2

EF or AF (order does not matter here) (order may matter as AF may require 1.3 as it is fully 1.3 ready and EF is not 1.3 ready)
Full 1.3 patch

The only catch with the above is that if you purchase and install EF and then try and install AF, it may give an error showing that you need the 1.3 patch installed first. So, if you purchase EF, install it and then patch with the full 1.3 patch. Then, install AF.

Cigar man is right I just had to delete everything and reinstall. I did

BF2
SF
1.3 patch
EF
AF
then it wouldnt let me on EF so I had to patch again. Too much, for anybody just getting into the game I heard EA is making a delux edition BF2,SF with 1.3 patch already installed.

EA has made the deluxe version (with SF) and it's already on sale. 1.3 comes preinstalled yes.
