Some PROBLEM'S Starting BF2

Okay, i'm pretty sure I have 1.3 installed, I can run it on FULL setting without a problem, but I reseantly did a SYSTEM RESTORE because my CS:S wasn't work, so it fixed that problem, then this problem occured...I am about to kick my computer out the door <_<

Okay, my problem is that when I go to click on the BF2 Icon twice, the thing come's up then goes into a black screen, but then it flashe's like 5 time's and crashe's to desktop. I know my computer can handle it because i've been playing with all HIGH stuff on without a problem..

reinstall BF2? system restore can fudge things up sometimes espicially if CS:S was installed before BF2
