Quick Question

I tried searching for this, but I'm noobish so I couldn't find it.

When you are downloading the patches, do you need to start with patch 1.0 and work up to 3.0 or can I just download the 3.0 patch?

Just download the full 1.3 patch.

the "incremental patches" are the patches that gives you only the new stuff (ex.
lets say you have 1.21 and you want 1.22 you dl the incremental b/c it is just the new stuff. Granted you can dl the full thing but it is a lot bigger)
