    One word - YES:)

He's getting the kills, you're getting the revives to the expense of your team member.

I personally wouldnt revive someone on my team i knew was going to get shot straight away, especially 5 times, i wouldnt like it done to me so........

I don't think it's stat padding unless you had a deal with the sniper taking out your teammate. It's not he smartest thing you could be doing. That would be to take out hte sniper then revive your teammate.

It's certainly poor play and makes your team-mate very frustrated. What you should do as a decent medic is to clear the area before your revive so that the guy doesn't immediately get shot again (and again, and again, and again).

Granted there have been times where I've missed someone and revived when I thought it was clear only for the guy to be killed immediately again, but in that situation I'd just leave him if I couldn't kill the enemy who was doing it. It'll let your team-mate get back in the game, which is more fun for him, and it'll also release you to do other things - so instead of having two guys tied up, you release them to cap flags and kill the enemy - and you stop the kill streak for the other team.

Nothing more frustrating that being constantly revived by a medic only to die again immediately. Spawn rape is bad enough, but that's like spawn rape that your own medic is encouraging!

I hate when Karkand medics constantly revive me under fire just to die over & over so they can rack up the points... I wish the enemy would kill the medic first so I can die in peace! I was actually killed/revived 7 times in a row once! If I didnt know any better I'd say they were working as a team!

Of course it ISNT. This could be stats padding if you knew the other player who kept killing your player and you had planned to do it, but if it happens randomly on a public server then no, it isnt. I'd say take advantage of it, because it probably wont last very long, or happen again for a long time.

Well, since you're not sure what is going through the mind of the player playing the medic, we can't decide for sure. It is completely up to a person and their morals. The only thing keeping me away from stat padding is the fact that it is against my morals, I don't like cheating to get something, and never will. When there's work to be done, I do it.
